I’m sifting through the wreckage
Of these miserable days
Filled my lungs with stone
My heart’s already gone
I want to wake up
I need to find myself dead
What difference did I make?
So help me disappear
Ghost you all the way
Language is the hammer we’re beneath
What an empty life
Fucking kill me now
What a lonely life
Fucking kill me now
Cue an epic horizon
Start with a vanishing sun
Swallowed, hornets
Now anger is the root of his spree
Set the room ablaze
Lighted like the 4th of July
Spit out, daggers now
Ghost you all the way
Language is the hammer we’re beneath
Refrain~
Stare into the eyes of hate and smile at their beauty
Taken by confusion they no longer have a home
All he ever wanted was to disappear
All he ever wanted was to take his life back
All he ever wanted was to disappear
All he ever wanted was to take his life back…

What can I say about Big Big Train that I haven’t said before?
This album took a little while to grow on me but by the time I saw it live I was in love with its humongous, over-egged pomposity! They do it all with such passion, excitement and amazing musicianship.
